Which plastic chambers and filter units does KLV make?
We make water meter chambers with anti-flotation flanges or an anti-flotation base, filter units with lids and round gas filters. Everything is made to measure in our own workshop in Sint-Oedenrode.
What material are chambers and filter units made of?
PE or PP, depending on the application. We make a gas filter in PE, for example, and an above-ground filter unit in PP. The chambers are lightweight, strong and resistant to groundwater and chemicals.
Are chambers and filter units standard or made to measure?
We make them to measure, as one-offs or in series. Shape and construction determine the best welding method, and we work in accordance with the industrial standard DVS 2212.
