Fully automatic extrusion welding robot (double-sided PE welding). Manufacture, welding and assembly of shut-off valves.
PRODUCTION of a REACTOR (01'43'')
Design of a reactor in CNC for machining on the milling table. Operations: milling, torch welding, extrusion welding, mirror welding, assembly and mounting.
FUEL TANK REPAIR (0'27'')
Repair of plastic fuel tank. KLV is regularly the lifesaver. Preparation, material testing, torch welding, extrusion welding, vacuum control.
MIRROR WELDING XL (00:44)
Mirror welding up to a length of as much as 4 metres. Temperature approx 210° C.
MIRROR WELDING XL ROUND SHAPE (00:44)
Special equipment for mirror welding up to a diameter of no less than 800 mm. Temperature approx 210° C.
SAWING LARGE FORMAT (00:31)
Sawing tube material up to 80 cm in diameter.
MANUFACTURING a SWIMMING POOL (00:31)
Example: production of an 11m x 3.65m swimming pool in one piece. Extremely solid and maintenance-free.
